Prioritet Estate, Odessa, Ukraine
2022
About Project
Website for Prioritet — a leading real estate agency in Odesa, Ukraine, specialising in secondary market apartments, new construction, residential houses and commercial properties. The site covers property listings across key city districts, valuation services and step-by-step guidance through the buying process including document verification and legal support.
Design
How does the site build trust in a high-stakes property transaction?
Clean, structured layout that puts listings and search front and centre. Trust signals — agency credentials, transaction safety guarantees and consultant profiles — are woven throughout to reassure buyers at every step.
Challenge
Prioritet is a real estate agency in Odesa selling resale apartments, new builds, houses and commercial property, with two offices and a separate new-build department. The agency needed a catalogue website where buyers find a property on their own terms, while agents publish listings quickly and receive enquiries.
Solution
We built a Django website with a property catalogue and a convenient admin panel where agents add and update listings themselves. The filters follow the real questions buyers ask: district, number of rooms, condition, price, price per square metre, and for new builds, instalment terms and down payment. Listings are exported automatically as XML feeds to DOM.RIA and LUN, so the catalogue is published there without extra work. Enquiries go straight to agents in Telegram. The website is now on its second design, and both designs are ours. We also run its SEO.
